Damages :

❥ In the event that your ears arrive damaged, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and provide me with pictures.

❥ Pictures help me with improving my packaging so that I can prevent future damages. We can discuss whether you would like a refund or replacement ears.

❥ Return shipping charges will be paid by me (if the ears can be repaired). If not, I will just simply ship you replacement ears.

FAQ's:

❥ Are your ears sturdy or soft ?
• My ears are made out of a light sturdy material. They do not bend.

❥ Will my ears be ruined in the rain ?
• It is not recommended to have the ears in the rain as some fabric used for the bows easily absorb water and may be damaged.

❥ Can I wear my ears on disney rides ?
• Although the headbands are snug, it would be best to keep them in a safe place or have a friend hold them so they can also get in on the VivaLaMouse action !

❥ How long will it take to have my order shipped?
• Current processing time varies from item to item. Please message me with questions.
