Please note: These questions are mostly geared to our mouse ears, but any t-shirt questions you may have, may be sent to us using our contact us form. 

T-shirt FAQs

❥ Where does my t-shirt ship from?
• We work with a US manufacturer that fulfills your order from their warehouse. 

❥ When will my t-shirt ship?
• T-shirt orders typically ship within 5 business days. If that time has passed, and your order has not shipped, please contact us. We will try to find a resolution or update for you.

❥ How will my t-shirt fit ?
• Please refer to the sizing chart on our site.



❥ Are your mouse ears sturdy or soft ?
• My ears are made out of a light sturdy material. Please note that our ears do not bend.

❥ Will my ears be ruined in the rain ?
• It is not recommended to have the ears in the rain as some fabric used for the bows easily absorb water and may be damaged.

❥ Can I wear my ears on disney rides ?
• Although the headbands are snug, it would be best to keep them in a safe place or have a friend hold them so they can also get in on the VivaLaMouse action too!

❥ How long will it take to have my order shipped?
• Current processing time varies from item to item. Please email us with any questions, especially if you have an upcoming trip planned.

❥ Do you create custom ears?
• Unfortunately, I am currently not creating custom ears. But if you wish to change a color of a bow, we can make that happen !

❥ Do you create toddler ears?
• We create mouse ears that are smaller in size for toddlers. We add a velcro strip on the inside of the headband, to prevent the ears from falling forward. However, if child is moving around a lot or tugging the ears, then they will come off eventually ! You can purchase our 'Tiny Princess' listing and leave a note at checkout with the style you wish for the ears.

❥ Help ! Will my ears be here in time for my trip if I order today?
• Contact me directly and I will provide you with an honest opinion as to whether or not they will get to you by the date needed. Please note all items are handmade to order and turnaround times varies. Don't forget to leave a note at checkout with your need-by-date.

 ❥ I bought your ears a few months back, and I inadvertently broke them. Can you please replace them at no cost to me?
• Any damages sustained due to personal wrongdoing does not constitute a replacement. Please keep in mind that any damages caused while in transit, must be reported within 5 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
